    • Filing of your entity's Annual Report/registration renewal with the Oregon Secretary of State
    • Use Wayfinder's address in all fields of your entity's registration for maximum privacy

When you appoint Wayfinder LLC as your Registered Agent in Oregon, here is what to expect:

  1. Checkout. Upon checkout, we will send you our information gathering form, invite you into our client portal and prepare an Information Change to submit to the Oregon Secretary of State for your review.  We will give you the option to use Wayfinder's address instead of your business or personal address for maximum privacy if you upgrade to our Annual Reporting service.
  2. Update SOS. We will submit the appropriate documentation to the Oregon Secretary of State for our appointment. 
  3. Upon appointment. As your Registered Agent, we will digitally scan and forward any legal or official correspondence we receive to your account in our client portal (typically subpoenas, notice of creditor proceedings, property tax notices, writ of garnishment if you have employees, etc.). Most entities have 0-1 items per year. We will forward up to three items in a 12-month period at no additional expense.  If we need to forward more than three items in a 12-month period, we will charge $10.00 per item as a handling fee.  If necessary, paper item forwarding will be charged shipping and handling fees at carrier cost plus $10.00 per item.
  4. Hassle-free Updates. If you need to update your entity’s information on file with the Oregon Secretary of State throughout the year (change in ownership, officer/manager, address, etc.), we will handle it for you at no additional charge. Just contact us!

Payment processing with Wayfinder

When you purchase services with Wayfinder, your payment is processed through our secure client portal, powered by Stripe. We accept payments via ACH, credit card, and bank account transfer. Credit card payments process immediately whereas ACH and bank transfer payments can take 3-5 business days to process.
