We charge $100 per year per entity for Oregon registered agent services.

As your registered agent, we will digitally scan and forward any legal or official correspondence we receive to the email address you have provided to us (typically subpoenas, notice of creditor proceedings, property tax notices, writ of garnishment if you have employees, etc.). Most entities have 0-1 items per year. We will forward via email up to three items in a 12-month period at no additional expense. If we need to forward more than three items in a 12-month period, we will charge $10.00 per item as a handling fee. If necessary, paper item forwarding will be charged shipping and handling fees at carrier cost plus $10.00 per item.

No. If you need to update your entity’s information on file with the Oregon Secretary of State throughout the year (change in ownership, officer/manager, address, etc.), we will handle it for you at no additional charge. Just contact us!
